WordPress released its latest update version 5.0 with many new features and updates. One of the important updates is Gutenberg that is booming everywhere all around the globe.
Gutenberg is the all-new style of visual builder provided by the WordPress in the latest update. It changes the way we use WordPress editor as it allows us to add content in blocks.
After the update roll out many of WordPress users who where comfortable with the old visual builder were not happy with the update. Right now one can see even the Gutenberg plugin is having a lot of bad reviews because of the experience.
And even many WordPress users who were using Divi Theme, a popular premium WordPress theme by Elegant Themes, are facing a major problem in editing their content with the new Gutenberg editor. The new update of WordPress hides the old “Divi Builder” back-end editor option.
People used to design pages using Divi Builder back-end editor. Divi is also having front-end editor but many users are comfortable with the back-end one.

Steps to Get Back Old Divi Editor on Backend -:
Step 1- Open the page editor for the page that you want to edit or create. Now you will see a new panel (Gutenberg editor) like the image below,
Divi users will see a prompt to access Divi builder and that will take them to the front-end editor of Divi Builder.
Step 2- To get back the old editor for the Divi Theme, just go to Plugins -> Add New. Once you get in the plugins collection just search for Classic Editor in the search box.
Classic Editor is a free WordPress plugin which maintains by the WordPress Team to roll back the old (“classic”) WordPress editor and the “Edit Post” screen.
Step 3- Once you got the Classic Editor plugin just click on Install Now and after the plugin is installed click on Activate to turn on the plugin.
Step 4- After the plugin is activated just go back to the main dashboard and try to Add Page. Now you will be able to get access to your old WordPress visual editor.
Step 5- Now you can click on Use The Divi Builder to get access to your old Divi Theme editor and ready to go with your old comfortable visual editor.
